I know from a federal perspective later this year the Highway Trust Fund will not have enough money to pay all it's bills many of which are to the states for their projects.  That said you can't keep going back to taxpayers for more money when the government is running annual deficits and the middle class is getting pounded.  Time to show some responsibility with what you bring in and stop buying votes before we're all ****ed.

Don't we all?  Technology is great but social media has only shown how stupid a scary number of people are.  Let's not act like most adults are geniuses either considering a lot of voters vote R or D because of the R or D next to a candidates name.  I'm guessing about the same percentage of kids at that college will go on to be successful contributing members of society as the rate of the graduating classes of AW posters.  

Knowing the Angels luck he'll come back around the deadline and we'll hear how it's like acquiring a big bat via trade.  

I think it's a non story and just more evidence that technology and media only prove how stupid some people are.

My biggest gripe about the Blanton signing was that it was for 2 years.  No one thought he would do as poorly as he did.

Seems like a cop out for the school.  I realize it isn't possible to stop or even deter bullying but it's going to happen regardless and the kid will still take flack for this or anything else a bully can go at him with.  It's on the school to reprimand those who do the bullying not a kid for being a kid.

When I was younger I had no problem playing video games first on consoles then on PC.  Now I have what I call video game ADD because I'll get bored and end up buying a new game or putting in an old game, play it for a few days or weeks then get over it and not play games at home for months.  When I was on one of my boredom kicks around the holidays I looked up PS3 RPG's and went to target.  Dark Souls wasn't my first choice but it was the only one they had and it was $20.  I can't give you an in depth review because I only played for a bit then completely forgot about it but you could definitely find worse ways to spend $20 if your bored.

Really not much of a stretch considering that in 2012 only 9% of households in the US made 150K or more.  

The Angels got the best production of Figgins career for what turned into a bargain price.  Since he left he's been overpaid, irrelevant and didn't play all of 2013 because he couldn't cut it.  
 
I like Tin's explanation but I'd say it's more like a chick you dated in high school who was a 6 or 7 by horny teenage boy HS standards.  You knew she was at her peak then but she let it go to her head and jumped ship.  Now she's overweight, has 5 kids and is living in a double wide while trying to trash talk you on facebook.  Who gives a shit.
