They're not rushing things. He has to be protected on the 40-man next year, anyway. He's just on the taxi squad now, so this is likely just a way to get him some exposure to big league games during the regular season, without actually adding him to the active roster.

I have questions for those who have them already... what kind of discounts do the Angels offer for full season? What experiences have you had reselling them on Stub Hub?
