Granund plays much tougher minutes for Minnesota than Rakell does for Anaheim. Rakell couldn't handle Granlund's role yet.

If Cam Neely's in the Hall, Kariya should be too. Kariya doesn't have the 1000 point mark next to his name, but he was arguably the 2nd best winger in the world (after Jagr) for a good 5 years. He should be in the Hall.

He also passed Salmon and Grich on the all-time Angels WAR leaderboards, now just behind Fregosi and Downing.

If we would've lost to Calgary I could see it but we technically have improved from last season.. Obviously is it tough to see so much potential from the team at points in the game and just can't put together a full 60 minute effort. Can Bruce or another coach really control that though?

Hamilton self reporting was a good thing. Hamilton not showing up to Tempe to apologize to the team and continue rehabbing his shoulder with the Angels doctors was not a good thing. Arte has every right to be pissed off at his employee. Arte should threaten to take legal action against him because I do not ever want to see Josh Hamilton in a Tustin Angels uniform.

Goalies notoriously don't get great value in trades. Also, they're both young and cheap. The Ducks are a budget team, so they'd have to add another contract (probably more expensive than an ELC) and then have another contract on top of that. Plus they just added 5.5 M with Wiz. They don't have the financial flexibility of teams like Toronto or even the Kings.
