This might be the only thing you've ever written with which I vehemently disagree. "Even if it crushes the org"???
I want the organization to start winning again. We're gonna see 5 MVPs in 10 seasons and not a single postseason win to show for it. Those MVP awards mean nothing to me. There is no player who is more entertaining than winning.

Tradition. Logistics. Someone wearing a uniform has to take the analytical stuff to the players so they'll listen to it.
If teams thought they were that important, they'd get paid more. But they don't because teams ultimately view them as easily replaceable.

Gloom and doom finger pointing at GM, manager, owner, Pujols, Rendon, coaches so many to blame. I see light at the end of tunnel. Build around young players Angels have. Trade Ohtani (he is leaving after this season) get what you can. DH spot be open for Trout and Rendon next year. Make some kind of plan going forward. Minasian tried this off season and before all the injuries piled up halos were in W/C race. Bright spots this year in Neto, O'Hoppe, Moniak, Thaiss and hopefully Adell. Time to work on plan for 2024 and beyond.
