He made them an offer they couldn't understand.

Many "FOXTROT FOXTROT" EAM messages transmitted over the last 24 hours.
11175 KHz USB
FF Flash messages are unprecedented (not even on 9/11), above SKYKING and just below KLAXON EWO.
The message length, hundreds of characters, is extremely long. Normally they are just a few characters following the preamble.
SA was the kickoff.

I think my dogs are Mexicans. I had a bowl of salsa and chips on the coffee table and had to go to the bathroom and while I'm in there they ate all the salsa and fought over the bag of chips.

RuledByNone reacted to TroutCron in Most disappointing and most unappreciated Angels player so far in 2017?
Let me add one more significant under appreciated person who is not a player but Charles Nagy. After suffering through the Butcher years it is great to see a staff actually show improvement.

"He'll never be as good as Jerryd Bayless"- repeated often on UofA bb boards around '08
That last final four team should have brought home #12.
Very fun player to watch. I hope they take it.

RuledByNone got a reaction from Jason in Guns!
Ranges require that you bring in a gun of your own before they rent you one (prevent suicide). A gun safety course is a good idea. Shot 10's of thousands of rounds and never had an incident always keeping the 4 Rules in mind. I agree about the G19. Some people think they're ugly but they just always work.
. I've never tried that but it does look fun. I have steel targets at various distances from handgun/.22 range all the way out to 700 yards. I shoot so much the wild turkeys and deer are used to it. This in in BFE oregon, not far from wash/id.

Yeah, that Walther isn't even on the Cal roster of "approved" guns so it's a no-go even if you found some 10-round mags.
9mm is a good choice. Cheap ammo if you shoot often and does the job. I have a well worn Glock 17 (gen3) but can't use the 17 or 33 round mags here (okay in oregon). Rifles are the most fun though.

LMFAO, CTR got trolled.

"The remarkable thing? It's all fake. And not only fake; it's a prank perpetuated by 4chan, on Rick Wilson himself. A post on 4chan on october 26 stated “mfw managed to convince CTR and certain (((journalists))) on Twitter there'll be an October surprise on Trump this Friday” along with a picture of a smug face with a hash name. http://archive.4plebs.org/pol/thread/94704894/#94705224 "

well, how'd you make out yesterday?
brother came through in a big way. got me a signed Johnny Bench bat ("1970 MVP, #1/5"), a signed Bench statue, and an authentic Drew Doughty WHC Canada jersey that actually fits now. We got my daughter an apple watch and she was blown away. spent several hours playing with and programming it.
gave my wife the good news about our upcoming trip to maui. bought some hawaii-type things at a party store, like a lei, some umbrellas for tropical drinks, a coconut mug, etc., then placed them in a box in three layers. She had to go through the layers one at a time, and on the bottom was the envelope with the hotel vouchers and a brochure about the resort. She looked at me with the most puzzled look and then i told her than i had won the raffle and she broke out in tears, then came over and gave me a long, huge hug. It was a great moment! I managed to keep this secret from my entire family for three weeks. My brother, after hearing that it's for 5 days, said "no one wants to go for only 5 days, so tell me how many more you want to be there and you can use my time share." Score! I'm thinking we'll stay another 5 days or so. Told her that Kapalua is nearby, where the PGA holds it's opening event for the year, and she said "You HAVE to play there. It's Kapalua!"
i heart my wife.

Here's a quicky I created this last week. I flew this morning with some fog on the ground as well. I'll get that on here as soon as I edit it. Enjoy.

Darren O'Day comes to mind. He's put up a career similar to Shields, just in a more pitcher friendly era and with a different trajectory. Our pen would have looked so much better the last 8 years with him in it. All teams will have some "the one that got away" moments, but I will say that I don't miss Butcher one bit.
