    I blame Nevin for not pinch hitting for Duggar and then leaving Loup in for at least 3 batters too many. Like no one's figured out by now that he sucks and should have the shortest of leashes

    Of course they are going to "interview".   AKA covering their @ss.
    So far no one has put forth a better choice than Nevin. Add to that the players respect him; the team has improved in all facets since he took over.  Nevin has turned things around in the past 20 games, All without his 2 highest paid players and losing a SP and his closer to the trade deadline. Pretty good resume which will be tough to beat.
    Of course the Angels can bring in an 2002 guy like Erstad, Kingfish, or Spezio.

    The Angels do this every year. Go on a meaningless hot streak in August/September that causes them to drop in the draft rankings and convince Perry and co. that only minor changes are needed in the off-season.

    Cool and astute comparison. I'll just have to see it to believe it because the Angels hardly ever produce a prospect who's good for more than one big league season.

    Ringworm is oddly prevalent among major league baseball players.  They should look into that.
