I am not clear why this behavior should not be considered worse than what Pete Rose did when considering punishments for individuals.

I want Eppler to trade for a better arm. I think he will probably sign one of those guys to a 1 year deal. I will go with his history and that's what he pretty much always does with SP. I say package Walsh and whoever else and get an ace or #2 SP. Yes, even Adell should be included in the right deal.

Why are many people so adamant that Marsh not be traded? If the opportunity exists to trade Marsh (as a centerpiece) for a frontline starter with more than one year of club control, you take it.

I’m not worried about a 37 yr old Ryu. A 33 yr old Ryu is what I’m more concerned about.  That Ryu needs to be in the Angels’ rotation.

I’m getting sick of these threads. No offense to you OP, but this shit has been hashed and rehashed numerous times. 

Some team will be desperate and crazy enough to give him 4/80. Hopefully that team isn’t the Angels.
Just sign Keuchel and make a trade for someone like Gray and be done with it, Eppler.

He is also very injury prone.  Again, why haven't the Dodgers resigned him like they usually do to their own free agents?

I still have concerns about pitching overall, but I think having added Keuchel or Ryu along with Bundy and Ohtani coming back dramatically improves pitching and gets us into the playoffs.  We can look at adding more pitching at the deadline instead of playing chicken with other teams. 
What it really allows the team to do keep our trade chips until the Bryant grievance  is resolved and we see if he has one or 2 years left- either way we go get him.  The Cubs will want MLB ready players as they are still in contention and the Angels seem to be a good match.  It would require them or someone to take on Upton as KB would be in LF.  He is one of the few players I’d trade Brandon Marsh for and we could include players such as Rengifo and possibly one of Sandoval, Barria or Suarez. Obviously it won’t be as much returning if Bryant only ends up with a year left.  I think Bryant would have a good chance to re-sign, but even if he doesn’t, this is the type of move you make if you are going for championships.
