    Didnt like the CAhill signing...I like the Harvey signing....ugh!!
    We should have kept the catching unit from last year....
    Again at least they are all one year signings and didnt cost anything to acquire them.

    The average baseball fan in SoCal is pretty bad....Went to a Cubs game last summer....They made Angel fans look like we were little league parents, who left the game after the kids stopped playing.

    The choice was Puello, or Goodwin...neither of them had options and room had to be made for Upton. Goodwin was always more likely to stay because he can play all three spots. Seeing as the starters go 4 innings a game, you can't afford to give up a reliever roster spot and you can't move Tovar or someone in the infield because you end up with Pujols playing SS (or 3rd...but SS sounds better).
    Hopefully he doesn't get picked up by another team and is willing to head back to Salt Lake.

    If he keeps performing like this, it'll be very interesting to see what happens when Simmons arrives off the DL. You obviously can't bench Simmons, one of the best hitters on the team and beat defensive SS on the planet. But you can't bench Rengifo when he's getting on base at a .400+ clip. But you also can't bench Fletcher when he's hitting over .300 and is the hardest hitter in baseball to strike out. You can't bench La Stella who is suddenly a .290 30 HR hitter. 
    I'm thinking that's when Albert's at bats will dry up. La Stella will move to 1B, Rengifo at 2B, Simmons at short and Fletch at 3B.
