Santiago has been good but needs some tweaks. Gubi talks about it a lot. Deep pitch counts on guys he had in a favorable position and obviously the long ball are what's hurting him.

Weird, this board plays owner, GM, and coach daily. You'd think people here would have an opinion.
You and some others are taking the question too literal.

Lots of things to do here - Arte can make this happen all while the Angels are on the plane after another sad performance.
-Tell Jerry to deliver this team in the playoffs or he's done. Weak AL West. We can still win this division with a good July or August - but not the way this team phones it in, day in and day out.
-Enough wish Sosh. There's no inspiration here. Richards just doesn't suck all of a sudden. Lots of seemingly unmotivated players right now. The Base running is incredibly undisciplined. Make Baylor interim and start loading up on some fiery guys for coaches. Pull Ersrad in to be hitting coach. Make Gubi the pitching coach.
-Find any guy that will inspire Pujols to rake. If he's mashing, this team will pick it up. It's contagious and Trout is his own phenomenon. When Albert gets hot, the team heats up (this isn't based on numbers, just my fuzzy history of Albert being the lightning rod)
-Enough with Cron. He's an AAAA player. He is indecisive or plain unable at the plate.
-Enough with Ianetta. We've been so piss poor at catcher for years, let's go with Carlos Perez and leave it at that.
-Calhoun back to lead off. Let's stop screwing around here. He can set the table and clearly he's not working anywhere else.
-Instill some confidence in the rotation and let them go after hitters.
-Bring in some speed ASAP. Get rid of someone to get the guy we need to bat second, and run around the base paths. Promote anyone with speed and start pinch running in games where we are close but suck.
The bullpen is fine. Get a lead, and we win. We can't swing for the fences every game.

I know it doesn't matter, that 3 run lead is insurmountable, but really - Featherston as a PH?  For anyone?   We've got, what, at least a dozen guys in the bullpen who hit better than him.,,

Apparently anyone who likes A Rod around here is automatically considered a troll.

The 3rd inning when Trout ran them out of it is a great example on how undisciplined this team is. Championship caliber teams don't play like that

This team just isn't that good. Once you lower your expectations the games become much easier to watch.

To be honest, that Orange County Register article really gave me a negative feeling.  Despite what some people in this thread have stated, the Angels have clearly geared their home experience to a wealthier crowd and I just think that sends the wrong message to the "average fan".  
 
I commented about this on Facebook yesterday and Geoff (LightTheHalo) brought up an interesting point:
 
The Angels don't have to pay the City of Anaheim for the use of the stadium until they sell 2.6 million tickets.  After that, the Angels have to pay the city $2 for every ticket sold.  It is very possible, that Arte's financial team has figured out how many tickets they need to sell a season to wealthier fans, still turn a profit and that number of tickets just might be less than 3 million.  So not only is Arte still making a profit, but he is sticking it to the City of Anaheim by the Angels not selling that many tickets over 2.6 million.
 
No matter what the reason Arte has chosen to do this, I don't care for their decision and I think it is the wrong choice.  Am I going to stop being a fan over it?  Of course not, but I'd sure had to see the next generation of Angels fans get smaller because of this reason.

More each day I'm baffled at the number of Arte defenders.
When Gene Autry owned the team, everything was awesome, except they didn't win enough.
Surprisingly we have a businessman who spends money on the product, but it seems like the organization just doesn't get it right.
I don't attend much and I'm not offended by the Angels target of a certain socioeconomic demographic. They actually should consider themselves lucky they have foolish 21+ year olds with seemingly disposable income, that go to game night after night and drink shitloads.

Nailed it. If you look at this with anything other than rose colored glasses, the Angels are at fault here for being rather dumb about this. I find that 99 times out of 100 when people blame "spin" for things written that they don't like, it's their own biases that are the reason for that rather than any actual unfairness in something that's been reported.

I actually agree with you but the marketing guy has no clue how the author is going to write the piece, how he will spin it, or what agenda the writer may carry.  Feel free to worry/obsess about this, take offense to it if you'd like, or you can just realize that its just a conversation about revenue.
 
The Angels want poor people to spend their money too.
 
Like I said above, I'm waiting for the Angels to stop answering questions and start getting ripped for it.  I'm getting the feeling that people are ready to take sides as the Stadium issue gets closer to coming to a head.
