Don got a reaction from Taylor in Dylan Bundy to the Angels for Isaac Mattson, Zach Peek, Kyle Bradish, and Kyle Brnovich
That's a high quality example of proper apostrophe usage right there.

Bundy's K/BB and K/9 looks pretty good. Dude has just gotten hit a lot in the past, which is what brings up that ERA and WHIP. Not facing/starting in places like Baltimore, Boston, and New York all the time could help some with that.

Definitely some potential upside there for Bundy, especially getting out of Camden/the AL East in general. But the results still haven't really been there so far in his career. We'll see what happens. Throw him in the back end of the rotation and perhaps he'll put it all together.

Don got a reaction from Angel Oracle in For $325m, the Angels sign...
Arte and his homies own the stadium and the land now. The Angels organization, in return, has agreed not to leave the city of Anaheim any time before 2050.

This is great. Change the name back to California Angels, add a navy blue hat, and build a kick-ass modern stadium. Oh yeah, and lower beer prices again.

Don got a reaction from SlappyUtilityMIF in Mike Moustakas signs with the Reds (4 years, $64 million)
And 4 years is surprising given what's happened to him the last couple of years.

This issue, along with people that don’t understand the difference between “have seen” and “saw”, frustrate me to no end.

People that use "try and" when they mean "try to" should be shot as well.

A large percentage of Christians have elevated particular issues and (like Don says) taken an "ends justify the means" approach to defending those issues. If someone, anyone, pays lip service to those issues, they'll defend that person and talk themselves into believing that that person is someone worth defending.
Yes, every side does it. Yes, the Democrats are full of hypocrites. But in my opinion, as a "white evangelical" myself, it's never been so blatantly hypocritical as the evangelical right's emphatic support of Donald Trump.

I have to think that for most evangelicals it's a "the ends justify the means" thing. Which I think is the case with most politicians and the people that support them. I think it's pretty rare that any politician on a national stage (read: I think there are the occasional morally legit local politicians) actually believes 100% of the agenda they're pushing or is totally true to the image they attempt to project.
All that said, I think it's a bit grosser with Trump and evangelicals than other relationships of political convenience.

Wow. He oughta be buying his agent a freaking yacht. Didn't think he'd get anything more than 2/20.

I predict he’ll end up in one of the four major US time zones. I also have a hot scoop on Rich Harden’s throwing program with his son’s little league team.
