Rather remarkably, Ibanez has a higher WAR than Carlos Gonzalez. I'm thinking we should approach the Rockies about a trade. 

He hasn't homered since April 13th. I'm confused by people calling him a power bat when at this stage in his career he has no more power than Shuck. 

Just leave LeBlanc in for the next 8.1 innings, then DFA him immediately after the game. 

That's flawed logic; unlike with pitchers, you generally can't point to anyone on the offense costing any team a win unless they do something drastic, like commit a baserunning error in the 9th that ends the game. So really Ibanez could be hitless on the season and you could still say he hasn't cost us a game.
