    I'd like to see a true representation the Arte era, with number of times team has been no-hit, number of perfect games against them, number of times shut out, number of GIDP.
     
    The first time I saw that board several months ago I thought it was perhaps the dumbest marketing campaign the team has ever done.
     
    I'd rather see an enormous Luis Polonia in a banana hammock with the quote "Bring all your kids to the park."
     
    At least I'd laugh.

    There's an easy solution to this.  Delete the LA Times cookie from your web browser and it will "reset" the number of articles you can read for free.
     
    You could also read with a different browser because each browser has its own set of cookies.

    LB, if it takes 20/20 to do a 9:00 piece to either A) open your eyes to the issues of our country or show you that there are good people all around, I think you need to spend a little more time out in public.
    If you're observant enough you will see the good in people all the time, whether it is someone who allows the older gentleman ahead of him in line at the barber shop or the person that gives up their seat to a woman on public transportation.
    I don't need ABC to come up with a contrived situation of actors to alert me to the plight of our down and out or show me that people are compassionate.
