Wow. Good for him and his agent.

Don got a reaction from Swiss Angel Fan in Angels sign Cesar Valdez to a minor league deal
5.87 ERA last year... then again, his WHIP was 1.65, so it appears he does actually suck.

Don reacted to Tank in Angels going with an internal competition for SS
when you have all-world talent like trout and ohtani on your team, and you haven't sniffed the playoffs in too many years, you need to find players that will produce. i don't want some hack playing short like velazquez or rengifo, and fletcher would be out of position there, so he's not an option either.
go call story and see what it'll take to sign him.

Don got a reaction from AngelsLakersFan in Good Times in Ukraine and Russia
I don’t remember where, but I read something about a lot of the Russian military’s logistical issues being caused by a combo of senior military officials skimming funds/resources off the top for personal gain and then just telling Putin what he wanted to hear during the planning stages of this operation… both of which would be the most Russian thing ever.

So what is the end game here? Russia occupies Ukraine and faces years of resistance, the Russian economy is tanked by sanctions, and Putin is persona non grata in the entire western world. How can that be deemed a victory for Russia?

Don reacted to T.G. in NBC finalizing deal to stream Sunday morning/afternoon games on Peacock
Angels and Dodgers used to be on local non-cable stations regularly.
And I know owners are going to whoever will pay the most (rightfully so) - but baseball might be more popular if it was more accessible, IMO.

Because there aren't over a dozen games being played every single day.

Yeah, hard to see how they'd have a leg to stand on. Given the investigation/legal outcome a suspension would basically just be kink-shaming the dude at this point.

Don got a reaction from Tank in Good Times in Ukraine and Russia
Could also just be posturing as they're accusing the US/Ukraine of conspiring to use chem/bio weapons.

The sheer amount of subscriptions needed to watch baseball games is starting to get ridiculous.
