Why are you bringing up his strikeouts while neglecting to mention that he also takes  walks and hits lots of HRs? That's the kind of player he is. He deserves a chance to play.
As for Calhoun, this is no slump. Nobody can slump to a .385 OPS almost two months into a season (with much worse numbers than that lately).
 

Use him as a defensive replacement IMO.

Seeing Heaney out there in the 8th and still under 100 pitches brought a tear to my eye. His tribute to Middleton was to pitch his inning for him 

I went yesterday and while it was awesome to watch Shohei in person, I think I prefer to watch the pitching side of the game at home.  I don't mind how fans choose to enjoy baseball, I just think it is silly when fans that don't go to games complain about the people that go to games.  

They won despite of hm managing.

To understand how bad this is, consider that you could DOUBLE IT to .466 and he would still be well behind Brandon Woods lifetime OPS of .513.
