Don got a reaction from Angel Oracle in Joe Biden
The dem establishment is just out of touch enough to do it.

Don got a reaction from HanfordGuy in Noah Syndergaard - Angels Agree to 1-Year, $21 Million Deal
Word on the street is that @Tank had to spend a full week eating red burritos in Corona to get this deal done.

Yeah, if he stays healthy this is quite a reasonable deal.

Don reacted to GA16 in Noah Syndergaard - Angels Agree to 1-Year, $21 Million Deal
The Braves gave 35 year old Cole Hamels a 1/18m deal in December 2019 which Makes the 1/21m deal for Thor seem like a bargain.
I like this for the Angels. We haven't signed a FA SP with this much upside before. We are only 2 weeks into Free Agency. Many more moves to come.

Don got a reaction from Amazing Larry in Trumped
At least you don’t have to attend youth soccer games with limited bathroom access. Presumably.

Don got a reaction from Brandon in What have you watched recently? (Please use the hide function for spoilers or plot lines)
Nice. I’ll be at the game too. My buddy is getting married on Saturday, then the whole wedding crew is going to the game the next day.

I'd assume that was true 18 months ago as well.

Don got a reaction from arch stanton in Alcohol
Admittedly I used to do the drive to the bar at night, Uber home, then return via Uber to pick up the car the next day. Helps avoid hitting the potential surge prices twice.

Don reacted to UndertheHalo in Riverside Teacher Acting as a Native American
I mean it’s very dumb. Very poorly conceived. It’s pretty obvious that she’s trying to make the kids learn about the math acronym - I guarantee they will remember it after that scene. I sincerely doubt there was any malice. Apparently the Native American kid was offended (fair enough) she should apologize. I would hope that he would accept the apology if she offers it and that really should be the end of it. She should be corrected for the stupid behavior and life should go on. Who knows what her track record is. We can give her the benefit of the doubt and assume this is not a typical thing for her. As a culture caricatures of native Americans has until pretty recently been acceptable. So it’s not really fair to her to just presume she had ill intent or really gave it much thought other then trying to do something to entertain them and make them learn. Again, very dumb she’s an adult and should know better. But it is what it is.
anyway. I’m sure there will be the lunatic activist jackals that will try to make it something that it’s not. Fucked up.

Don got a reaction from Adam in Good Online Dating Conversation Starters?
That’s a real struggle, especially if things go well. A good cup of black coffee about an hour before the pre-date shower is usually the safest way to go.

Don reacted to Erstad Grit in Last time you were excited about a young Angels starter?
I maintain he's one of the most under-appreciated SP we've had. He is an all-time Angels top 10-15 SP.

I got news for you guys. The feds don’t stop doing ostensibly illegal shit to Americans based on whether the elephant or the donkey is in charge.

Probably my favorite movie I’ve ever seen. An ex-gf of mine thought it was stupid. Again, ex.

Das Boot is one I’ve always known of, but I’ve yet to actually take the time to watch it. But I mean everyone says it’s one of the all-time great war movies, so I’m sure I’d dig it.
Sort of sub-adjacent, but Greyhound (Tom Hanks North Atlantic WWII movie) was pretty solid too and didn’t get much attention when it came out.
I rewatched No Country for Old Men maybe like two weeks ago. Just a freaking masterpiece still. I’m usually a substance (plot, characters, writing, etc…) over style guy, and while that movie doesn’t lack there, the look and feel of that movie is just incredible.
