If Sosh hasn't figured out yet that Frieri should never see the 9th again this season, he never will.

C. He has over 1000 innings pitched (1088.2) which many have said is the threshold for most pitchers who have undergone tommy john.
 
With his decreased velocity these last 2 seasons, something tells me those innings could be catching up with his arm.  With bullpen being top priority, I'd stay away from Price right now and look for some relief if we're going to look for anything at all.

The problem is the home run ball.  Our bullpen leads MLB in home runs given up, and overall the pitching staff has given up the 3rd most in MLB.
 
If they can find a way to limit the long ball, we might have a chance.

The only thing that matters to me from a color commentator is their 'expert analysis', and Gubi has done a good job with that.  I can care less about their level of enthusiasm.

Should be Calhoun's job to lose.  Him even entertaining the thought of Aybar is what's baffling.

Anything more than a low level prospect for Norris would be unacceptable.

The Sydney Morning Herald said Australian officials have reached out to the Dodgers and Major League Baseball for an explanation. The newspaper said the officials are "holding off on making comment until they've spoken to relevant parties in America."
 
Government officials felt the need to get involved just because a guy isn't that excited about going to Australia??

Freese shouldn't be anywhere near the top of the order with his 2 bad knees.

In the current rotation he's definitely their #3, but I don't think that means they don't expect him to eventually become their #1.  I'm sure they're just saying that for CC's and Kuroda's sake.  Kuroda is 38 years old and CC might be at the beginning of his declining years.  I can definitely see Tanaka becoming their #1 by the 2016 or 2017 season.

I actually think that's one of his biggest faults.
 
Managers have to evolve with the game or they'll just end up falling behind.

Hopefully he bats leadoff instead of Aybar.

Josh is going back to LF simply because he's a much better left fielder and Calhoun is a much better right fielder.  Has nothing to do with boosting his comfort level.
