Selling at his absolute low point is probably not the greatest idea.

Something is horribly wrong with our organization. Actually multiple things are probably horribly wrong. Owner who gets too involved in making a big splash rather than building a contender? Why do our pitchers arms keep falling off? Why does it seem we can't develop talent at even an average level? It's a depressing situation all around. I'm going to go cry now and read Lakers news to cheer up.

As bad as we are the Pirates are worse. Let's hope we can catch them in this lost season of ours.

Going into the year with a starting 5/6 of: Heaney, Ohtani, Bundy, Teheran, Canning, Warm Body (Sandoval Suarez) Was a recipe for disaster. The person with the most success on that list is probably Teheran or maybe Bundy. The others were injury plagued or coming off a major injury, young and probably not ready, and then there's Bundy. Average pitcher on a bad team but a high draft pick so had some potential as we are seeing, hope it continues today after his rocky start. Yeah we whiffed on all the big names last offseason but a lot of it is because we are / have been so bad. Had we built a team that was halfway decent perhaps all those guys who signed elsewhere would have been more agreeable to sign here? Who ever takes over as GM has some major work to do. I think our hitting will start being more consistent once we have a rotation that doesn't put us in a huge hole every game by the 2nd or 3rd inning.

My crystal ball says it's not looking so good for Mr. Eppler. His plan is always N+2 or N+3 but never moves forward.

We broke the rules that are intended to protect people and save lives, but we did it safely!

Since this was almost a decade ago we can't look at it in a vacuum. A ton of things would have went down differently since then if we didn't trade him back then.

Isn't this the guy that also cheated on his wife and kicked her and his kids out of their house when she called him out on it?

I'd imagine Goodwin isn't nearly as valuable as the others but if he careers in these next 40 games or whatever, maybe. Maybe we can convince someone to take on Upton if we give them Marsh.

We've got an outfield logjam so this offseason I think we need to flip one of Marsh/Adams for some pitching to start.

Just enough to ensure we don't get the #1 pick, so maybe 23 wins.

Eppler has definitely not improved his position the past couple years. Lots of horrible moves/non-moves.

I attribute the loss in velocity with him really trying to aim his pitches and just throw a strike. Hope we get some good news. We could use it.

Horrendous that a bunch of non-medically trained players get to make the decision on whether to play or not. This sounds like an MLB fail if they didn't have a process in place to address this. Of course players are going to want to play.

Not sure I'm all about picking up a guy with an 89mph heater with little movement who is a bit of a headcase.

Damnit Florida. I don't see how this can go on if they have to quarantine for 14 days and the team they just played has to quarantine for 14 days.

With such a shortened season it wouldn't surprise me if it's "juiced" even more.
