Scott nailed his speech, knocked it out of the park. I was impressed with Michael Sam's speech as well, but since Scott is fighting for his life I was a bit more moved by it.

The tribute that ESPN is rolling is so touching and heartbreaking.

Out of all the guys I only see once every two years or so (entirely my own fault), Geoff is one of them.  He's even in my top ten.  Loves me some Godfrey.

What this game needs is some Benny Hill music playing behind the action on the field. 

I wish I had those three hours back.  Tonight's game should be a good one.

Geoff, my wife and I were in our garden two days ago and she told me "Watch out for Tweety Bird's (our Pomeranian) poop!". I carefully stepped aside and we continued talking for about 20 seconds at which point I stepped again and said out loud "Where is that poop again?". We both looked down and didn't see it at which point I picked up my foot and there it was on the bottom of my shoe.

Geoff, you're a great guy. Always there for a good laugh and when I need someone to rip on the Kings with.

Beating the #11 team in the country is still a big win.  It was dicey in the second half but that's a 10 win season and a big bowl win.

I was going to express my thoughts and feelings here, but decided to just keep it to myself.

So yeah ... The Bruins came to play today!  17-3 a little ways into the 2nd quarter.

My wife and I were watching some of the Ohio State game and she asks me why all of their players have weed imprinted on their helmets. I had to laugh but then thought that would be fitting for the Colorado State team.
