I'd rather just keep on going with what the team has. Fister is not an upside play. He'll just cost more. This season is falling away fast anyway. The offense certainly hasn't shown any ability to be consistently effective. Left field and second base are sinkholes right now (again). Trout is down. I'm not sure it's worth it. It's still early May so I'm not throwing in the towel, but I'm not overly optimistic.

My first thought as well. Probably to keep him off of the wet grass.

This is pretty much what I expected. I said this in another thread, and I'll repeat: They're a pretty boring team to watch. More than anything, this is what kind of bugs me. I'm just not interested in this team. Perhaps they'll click later. I dunno. Yawn. I gave up a lot of sleep for that shit show last night/this morning. At least I didn't pay for a ticket, I suppose.

So True! I think what really gets to me is the idea that we have a group of people on "this" side and we have a group of people on "that" side. Each side is butthurt about past/current transgressions and it literally devolves into name calling! I go to work and read 8th grade writing. Then I come home and read the same illogical shit on Facebook and Twitter and news outlets. NAME CALLING. This is ridiculous. It will not stop until WE come to the middle and COMPROMISE. WE must be the rational ones here. It is our government and if we continue to yell at each other and ignore the idiocy of our elected officials ON BOTH SIDES, we will continue to have a government that is NOT for the people or BY the people. So Sad!
