The team will continue to suck.  Either the hitting will suck, or the pitching will suck.  Many times they will both suck.
 
Sosh will still put Aybar at leadoff and keep Jerome doing the start/pen two step and talking.  Ebel will keep waiving his arms like a windmill until they fall off.  Butcher will keep betting the absolute worse out of the staff.  Dipoto will still make moves for players that fit on a slide rule but not on the field and Arte will keep wondering why this team keeps losing.

This is a bad team.  
 
Honestly, I would keep our homegrown talent and try to get rid of the rest.  This team is bad, it's really bad.  The owner, gm, front office, coaching staff and players have all performed below average in every way.

Hilarious, Kendrick has been one of our best players this season.  Anyone can pull one stat out of their ass and make it seem like a player isn't good.

I think you keep the lower priced players.  Pretty much stop the FA signings for a couple of seasons and ditch the rest.

There are so many things that are more important than baseball.

In the past it has been suggested that Sosh was trying to lose in order to be released so he could manage the Dodgers.
 
So, what if Dipoto gave Sosh a roster he knew for a fact would lose.  He could get some "big names" to make it seem like he was trying to win, but knew that they were actually damaged goods.  By doing this he could force out Sosh and put in his own guy.
 
I think I am going to trademark this one.

This is silly, the only people who are up in arms about this move are people who already can't stand Sosh.
 
It could be minorly debatable, but in the annals of bad moves, this doesn't cause a blip.

The fans that go to park aren't just fans who post on a website about the team.  Like it or not, Sosh is the face of this team.  That may need to change, he may need to go.  It sure and the hell won't bring more fans in, I would bet it would make the attendance less.

Those are both huge assumptions.  Look, if Arte and Dipoto decide Sosh isn't their guy, I'm fine with that.  They would know better than anyone.  I'm just not buying the "it will bring fans back" argument.  
 
I think the opposite would be true unless, as stradling mused, it was an ex player from the 2002 team.
