nate and halo magic must believe that teachers aren't paid by the government.
That is all Bruce was saying. You two are the ones making mountains out of molehills.

mtangelsfan reacted to Sam Sanchez in Cardinals OF Oscar Taveras dies in a car accident
The thing is, it's a shallow and obvious observation. It's not novel to notice that people that pass away that have some sort of connection to you whether it's something as dreadful as your own friends and family or something as minuscule as being related to a hobby of yours, in this case, sports, strikes an emotional chord. It makes sense. Is it unfortunate that the same chord isn't struck when an unrelated 9-year old gets killed even though it's as equally devasting? Yes it is but I don't think it's wrong.
I'm pretty sure if someone here had family in the military, it would strike a chord with them when soldiers get killed. It's not specifically because Taveras plays sports, but the connection we have to the sport. We can relate. Similar when actors pass away or a classmate you once had in high school but hadn't talk to 10+ years passes away.

I will post the same stuff on every thread regardless of the content and then wonder why I get so much pushback about my posts.

It is not overhyped in Africa, but not really dangerous here. It is remarkable how much worry and fanatic stress it did cause here though.

My problem is that this is that many more social services that will be doled out. Not to mention absolutely zero ramifications for breaking the law while all the folks trying to do so legally still wait.
Beyond stupid and unfair.

mtangelsfan reacted to tdawg87 in Scioscia is Sporting News' AL Mgr. of the Yr.
I think it's more that we have enough threads about how much Scioscia sucks and how bad the team was in the playoffs that when one positive thread comes up it turns into a negative one.
You have the right to post your opinions. No one is censoring them. It's just some here get annoyed seeing this type of shit in every thread, even the positive ones. Which ends up being why 99% of the threads are negative. People don't bother posting something positive because they know it will turn into this. And that turns people away from posting here.
On the flip side, you have a point about people being too argumentative and not being able to accept other opinions. It's a small minority but there are absolutely people like that here. I think it's a situation where a select few have ruined the fun for everyone else. One or two people would go into a thread and spew their constant negative nonsense ad nauseam and people got fed up with it. Now anyone who posts a negative comment gets lumped in with those types of people. While that is unfair, it's like being a parent at a kid's party and two kids keep yelling "shit" and "f*ck" and another says "poop" somewhat loudly but only once or twice and then telling all their parents they were swearing. Or something.
Anywho, some people need to take a step back and stop overreacting to negativity, on the other hand, other people need to take a step back from their keyboards and not use Angelswin as their own personal dumping ground.

Hamilton just needs to shut his mouth. You can say those things when you are sucessful, but when you are sucking donkey balls, you should remember not to talk when your mouth is full.

It really is remarkable that the same folks that want to put the blame on Sosh for the post season refuse to give him any credit for the regular season.
Regardless, as I've repeatedly said, the credit and blame should go to the entire club. Players, staff and front office.
