Yea i saw the same thing several places on Vatanen.  I think most of us always expected he'd be the guy to go.  It just makes sense.  I don't see Manson not being a Duck next year.  
If we trade Vatanen to the leafs tho.  It better not be for fucking JVR. 

Wow that was hard to read. I agree with what Wicked and Adam mentioned re: it happens at college parties a lot. This story also reinforces how happy I am that I didn't join a frat. At my school, UCSB, it wasn't necessary to join one in order to find parties, so never dealt with the greek parties as much. But even the non Greek parties had kids that were passed out like that or staggering around. With that said, any of the parties that I was at, if someone started to fall down from being too drunk, I'd always see another student (whether it was a significant other or a concerned friend) take care of that person.

Maybe you should just not read the thread if you can't wrap your head around the discussion. 
The script last season walked away from the book because they out produced the author so now any hair brained plot is possible. Make up one of your own, it may be just as right then people can bitch how you are running the show for the casual viewer.

Eklund is garbage.  I wouldn't think much on it. Bernier is a fine back up and no doubt Murray knows it.  The issue isn't Bernier, the issue is that the defense is trash....often. 

I'd pick Drouin 12 times out of 10. He's so good. I was out in Tampa to watch the Ducks play. Drouin was the best player on the ice. With that said, I asked around about him to some of the TB fans; everyone loves him. He's not going anywhere. 

Check out the spillway. Crazy what kind of damage water can do!

Really? I can't stand Shaw. He's a dirtier, far less skilled Perry. So glad he's in the Eastern Conference... same goes for Weber.

I understand but if you're building a team, who would you pick: Casual Kev or Manson? A previous stupid move doesn't mean another stupid move will follow. 

LTIR is only effective for the amount of time the player is hurt. The team does get full cap relief, which would be $3.25M in Stoner's case, but once healthy, the Ducks would have to activate him.
The LTIR is a short term bandaid; the Ducks will have to address it once Thompson has recovered from Achilles surgery and if, hopefully it's when, Despres recovers.

This is really starting to bother me. I've always thought the Bargain Bob moniker is lame, but he's really living up to it with these negotiations. In what world is Hampus less valuable than Risto, Rielly, and Jones? Just, FUCK!
