Skram is right, stradling and I are exceptional human beings. But he sells himself short. Skram has my un dieing respect and gratitude for the type of man he is. Skram is a marine. Served in the corps with honor both here and in the Middle East. His enlistment was not the decision of a young high school kid with no idea what he wanted to do. He was 25 or so as I recall and doing well on his way up in management in the best burger chain in the world. But duty called and he joined the military so that we can all sleep in peace at night when we lay down our heads. I will never argue that stradling and I are exceptional people. But we surround ourselves with the same so that we can touch those that bring us too our knees with their commitment to their family's and this great country. God bless Skram and the United states marine corps. Hoo-rah!

Very nice! Great idea for an article. I remember the Ron Guidry story. But I seem to recall Reggie hitting three but only two off Guidry. Dad doesn't remember it though. Those Family Nights at he stadium with dollar seats were awesome! Dad took everyone that could fit in his old Plymouth Fury. No seat belt laws back then so it was probably about ten of us. I think I knew all of that stuff about you. Love you bro!

I remember Dave Stewart talking about how he blocked everyone's view of Steve Howe in the bullpen so he could do cocaine during the game. And he made no apologies for it. He was just "being a good team mate". Strange set of values. If memory serves he finished 2nd in Cy Young voting 3 or 4 years in a row and never won.

Well hell. I had hopes of something edible. We grew up in Anaheim which is the enter of the universe for Mexican food. Grew up eating all the major regions of Mexican food. My favorites are the Ball Road Region for its home style sides and the Euclid Region for the fresh ingredients. This is not to denigrate the Lincoln, Brookhurst, Harbor or Valley View regions of cuisine. ( I'll show you Eurocentric)

Awesome post Penny. My brother and I have both best the cancers that took my mom and other brother. Neither one of us had ny type of long drwn out battle in comparison to them or you. I do believe my brother and I are proof that there are advances everyday in the treatment of cancer. Have faith Percy, we are getting closer to a cure every day. One dy we may even have n immunization type of early cure. Will pray for your strength during your treatments. **** the redsox. Peace and love brother.

The A's should just build a new stadium in the foul territory of their existing stadium. There's enough room and they own the rights already. Unless maybe they gave those rights to the raiders?

Monday! One day closer to the cure!

I have watched two different videos of him hitting Ward. He definitely accelerated before the collision. Tonys driving has caused accidents before. No way did he intend to kill the kid but his aggressive recklessness caused the accident. He is a three time champion. He is always racing in these other events and has a ton of experience in all types of racing. Ward should not have walked down the track but Tony is absolutely responsible for the collision. Regardless of intent his willful actions resulted in a young mans death.

The Killing season 4. This is on Netflix after three seasons on FX or STARZ. Can't remember which. 3 episodes in and it's pretty good. First season was gut wrenching TV.
