Thaiss has had all of 15 plate appearances. 15! Let's give him at least 50, if not 150, before saying he's not ready or a quad-A player.
By the way, here's a certain player's first 33 major league PA: .133/.212/.167. Now that player was 19 at the time and is obviously a completely different caliber of player, but the point is simply that you don't write anyone off after their first few times at plate.

Felix Pena! Can you imagine the pressure that kid was feeling? No matter what happens, he was a f’ing stud tonight 
 
This wasn’t for him, this wasn’t for the team, or the fans. This was for Tyler. Amazing.

How does this happen? 
On the night that they tribute the passing of a teammate, they throw a no hitter and win 13-0.  
Maybe I'm biased (of course I am), but this is one of the coolest things I have seen since I have been watching sports for the last 40+ years.  Not just for the Angels or even baseball.  
so fucking cool.  I didn't even watch and I'm in tears seeing the highlights.  

My wife and I were at the game, and because we lead busy lives at times we left in the 6th inning.  I would have loved to have been at the game at the end to witness it, I am also very blessed to watch the final three outs with my brother at the house, as he is the man who introduced me to the game 40 plus years ago.  I was crying from the get go tonight.  I love when sports can push me to the brink of totally losing my mind, tonight was one of those nights.  This season isn’t perfect, but tonight was.  The only thing I can compare it to was being at the game the night after Adenhart passed away.  That was the most proud I have ever been of this team and tonight was a very close second.  You know the game is special when they have won only one championship, one that I was fortunate enough to witness in person, and that is my third best memory of this team.  I love this so much.  

Ditto that Strad.  Glad you could make it at least for a while.  Hope you’ll make it back soon.  

So much awesome tonight.  So much inspiration.  So much wow.
