I respect a man who puts his kids and marriage before his job. He's right; it's just a job. But he's not a software programmer or ad salesman. Millions of strangers from around the world watch his "job" for entertainment. More than that, so many kids dream of playing Major League Baseball but only a fraction of a percent ever get that chance.
He could show some humility and gratefulness for getting to do something very, very few people ever get to do — AND still prioritize his family life. He makes more than enough money to allow for quality time with wife and kids all throughout the year.

If you disagree with the survey outcome it could be just your POV. But from the majority of the threads and responses on Angelswin over the last couple seasons, this poll seems to reflect the members opinions here more than not.

I agree with you technically.  I don’t think anybody can certainly conclude that he has no plan.  But he is being somewhat foolish if he fails to see how important it is for him to provide to the fans some sense that he is competent and capable of leading the organization.
He doesn’t seem to be doing anything to breed optimism that HE is the right owner going forward.

It's funny that he's so big on selling "entertainment", yet winning is likely the biggest part of a team being interesting and drawing new fans.  Entertainment for him is a splashy name, not an actual good baseball team.  This is the entire root of the franchise's problems. 
He's had two all-time, HOF level players fall into his lap and has zilch to show for it.  Garbage, penny pinching player development, continually a garbage tier farm system.  A lot of people are huffing the hype pipe on Schanuel, Neto, and O'Hoppe, but these are more complementary pieces, not guys you build a team around.

Jesus, this sucks. Lowered payroll, kept Ohtani for “fan entertainment” and there’s no ballpark plan. Why is he keeping the team then? There is no plan.

I'll still watch most games if I'm free, but won't be going to any games in-person. Haven't been in...5 years, I think? I used to go to every Sunday home game, plus 10 or so other ones scattered throughout the season. Zero desire to do that these days. 

I'll support the team in watching a lot of games (friend lets me use his mlb.tv account) and will always be a fan but I dunno if I can justify traveling to watch them in person for the upcoming season. Won't be buying any merchandise either. That'll show him...absolutely nothing as he will still turn a profit and continue to make terrible decisions annually. This franchise is a shit show.

Honestly, if he's gonna spend a pile of money, I'd rather a bunch of it goes into player development, minor leagues, amateur scouting, etc.  Get us out of the perpetual bottom of the organizational rankings.  Please.

Yep.  Lots of jealousy on the board masquerading as "hate."  I'm impressed and yes, I'm jealous that the Dodgers have such a great organization that they can call on seemingly endless amounts of minor league talent to supplement their roster for trades and yet still attract the best free agents to play for them.  All because of their reputation as a top flight organization.  Yes.  I'm jealous.  And I am very disappointed in Moreno for allowing the Angel franchise to become a "secondary market" in Southern California through his lack of organizational culture, vision,  and direction.

If the Angels aren't ever going to rebuild (and that ship has already sailed anyways by getting zilch for Ohtani), then overpriced free agents are the only avenue we have.

Ohtani’s 130+ innings pitched is gone.  This team needs somebody to step in and lead the rotation in innings pitched.
You could do a whole lot worse than Blake Snell.
I swear if the Yankees or Dodgers sign this guy everyone will complain about the missed opportunity, but if the Angels sign him then we will hear what a dumb signing it is.
This team needs starters.  I am not going to complain about this team signing a guy that threw 180 innings last year and twice has been a Cy young winner.
Maybe he get hurt or will stink.  But maybe ANY pitcher on the roster will get hurt or will stink.

The only way this team competes this year is if they sign two starters. Snell is an enigma but you pair him with Montgomery or Stroman and that is money well spent. Let the cheap position players grow and spend on pitching.
