I wonder what this trade means for the stalk market.

Cobb seems capable of often goving 7 or more innings efficiently and standing a reasonable chance of giving the team an opportunity to win. And if it doesn't fall through the O's are paying half the bill.
And the Angels apparently have the prospect the O's are looking for.
