I don't know the answer but I will take a couple of guesses, it has to be one of the few times Musial struck out three times in a game, if not the only time. My other guess would be the 3 guys who would later become announcers, White, McCarver and Shannon, which is just more of a coincidence.

I can't believe no one has answered it, even without his more famous number 7. The Mick is unmistakable.

Also Roy Hobbs, I always thought that Golf N' Stuff was in Downey. But maybe the border of Downey/Norwalk is right there.
I used to think that too. I looked up the address and it said Firestone Boulevard Norwalk

yeah, that always made me chuckle. it's at least an hour away. we used to take our 8th graders there every fall for the first class activity of the year. lots of fun memories.
The Golf n Stuff they filmed at is actually in Norwalk.I happened to be there that night, you can see my Harley in the parking lot. I did not know what movie they were filming at the time and I wondered why the parking lot was wet in the middle of summer.I have to admit it was pretty cool when I saw that scene.

Just wondering - What is the Qualifying Offer amount this year for Free-agent players? Has there been any change because of the Covid-19? I know that many organizations are hurting because of the loss of attendance revenue. Also, weren't the players salaries prorated this last season?
Does any of this have any affect on the players QO's for this coming off season?
Thanks
This year the QO is 18.9 million so it looks like it went up 1.1 million from last year.I don't believe any changes from Covid-19.

The great Kokopelli. Sad that I'll probably never see them live thanks to his lung disease.
I hear that an Aqualung is good for that kind of stuff.
