I’ve gotten shit all off-season for wanting to dump Sandoval. Dude hasn’t changed a bit, it’s only spring but it’s not like he’s good in the regular season. 1 or 2 good starts every couple months to give you hope followed 4/5 straight starts with games like this. He has 2 years left of control, would you want to pay him? 
I say no and get a bat or a couple of prospects for him. Sign snell. Move on 

Marisnick is nothing more than AAAA fodder. Hicks will be our backup OF opening day. 
I can see Adell getting traded for some minor leaguers that won’t require being on the 40 man if we make 1-2 more additions before the season starts 

Actually the mariners are starting to deal with injuries to their pitching staff wouldn’t shock if they finally said f it and grabbed Snell but I hope it’s us. Having snell going into next years FA carousel would speak volumes in convincing guys to play here

Can we just let Soriano focus on being a dominant reliever and stop this idea of stretching him out. Made no sense from the start 

I'd rather simply add to the depth than risk injury to valuable relievers. 
Why are we doing this instead of signing Clevinger or something? Lorenzen?

And if they do pitch on opening they will be rushing themselves and risk injury. It’s not the end of the world if they miss 1-2 starts to begin the year just rather annoying and pathetic on Boras part

You complain about all these years of mediocrity, and yet very consistently you seem to exclusively want to either pursue mediocre players or hope unproven players levels up to being mediocre?
It’s miserable to be mediocre but make every decision that fits a plan to be mediocre?

Spring training or not, our pitching has been impressive so far. Across the board besides Detmers, Joyce and Koralek off the top of my head everyone has been coming out throwing strikes and putting guys away
