To add: To the best of my knowledge, no player has EVER accepted the qualifying offer since it's inception. I doubt Freese would be the first. I believe they should have gambled on the 3B market and offered it.

I hear ya. I have done the whole thing with the charcuterie and wine. It's taxing on the system the next day, but man what a great meal it makes! Only do this about twice a year cause of the cheese and sodium of the meats, but delicious!

we have both in our house. The girlfriend has the Air and I have the Pro. I use mine for lessons and to view student work. Within the last two years that Ihave owned the Pro, the kids turn in work on flash drives almost exclusively. As Tank said, the DVD drive is almost useless now, save for any music you own. While I have more computing power and such, I find that the lighter, more portable Air would have sufficed. As for the retina display, it all looks the same when your screen is dusty! Seriously, there's a tiny, tiny bit of difference. It appears to me that the difference is in sharpness. My girl uses hers for browsing and Candy Crush as well as a Math program for her lesson planning. Easily capable. Hope this helps!

Dear Farmer, No shit. Love, Wine Drinker The smaller, more concentrated fruits have always had more flavors. Grapes are a good example. The yield isn't greater, but the grapes are much fuller in flavors. I'm really not a wine expert, but I'm guessing 2014 and 2015 will be good vintages.

Also, I don't see Freese accepting the Offer. He's probably the best of the free agent third basemen. He'll get the biggest of those contracts from someone. I think it's a no-brainer.

Give Freese the Qualifying Offer. If he accepts, great. If not, draft pick. Also, if the two kids look good in spring, perhaps there's an opportunity to move Freese to a club that has a need. Depth and dealing from a position of strength is good.
