My wife went through Mcdonalds drive thru the other day and got a happy meal for my youngest.   Asked for just a grilled cheese instead of a cheeseburger.
 
The asshats gave her a box with a slice of cheese.   
 
 

It seems that whenever a reasonably viable candidate announces he's running or exploring a run, he automatically gets a big surge in the polls. When/if Rubio or Cruz announce, you'll see the same kind of poll jump for them, also.

I had some explosive butthole once at Barnes and noble. The men's was occupied so I used the women's. I had some ladies waiting by the door asking me if everything was alright. I was so embarrassed I answered to them in a girls voice. One of the ladies commented "I think she's on drugs." I had to wait the old bags out.

Some of you guys (the p.c. police) are ****ing dumb, no offense. Not all derogatory words are equally offensive. "Negro" is offensive, but not nearly on the same level as "ni$#er." "Hispanic" may be deemed offensive by some, but not nearly as bad as "bean#r." Saying that "paki" is similar to "kike" is wrong and dumb.
Seriously, how do you guys make it through life without being offended every time you turn on the television, go to a movie, or log onto a message board?

Said goodbye to our nanny today after almost 10 years. Hardest conversation and glad it's over. Hoping it was the right decision. Feeling bad but looking forward to much needed change for our family. I need a drink!!!
 
Then, later on that weekend:
Life is hard right now. Hopeful things turn around for us. We have had a difficult weekend. Prayers and good thoughts welcome.
 
The nanny is out of a job... But thoughts and prayers for the family who fired them!!

The Angels for the past few years have had a deceivingly good system. I mean it's no coincidence that their bottom of the barrel farm system just happened to produce Trout, Calhoun, Richards, Shoemaker, Cron, Segura and bullpen talent all in a short amount of time.
Oddly enough at the same time the Royals had the consensus top minor league system and the talent they've produced is less than the Angels have. Ranking systems love raw 18 year old first round prospects, not 23 year old collegiate players in AA.
The Angels just need to keep doing what they're doing and fans need not worry about an arbitrary rank.

I can't even count how many times I have come home from McDonald's to hear a disappointed wife/son/daughter ask "did you get ketchup?"
I understand the desire to keep costs low and I agree they don't need to put ketchup in the bag as a matter of standard practice. But they should at least do what In-N-Out does: ask if you want ketchup before sending you on your way.

Every teenage customer is awful? You ageist!

- When they put napkins over the food. I'm lucky to get 1 napkin that isn't covered in sauce/cheese/grease. (Looking at you In-N-Out)
- I order fries and give me 2 ketchup packets (happens every time at In-N-Out)
- By law, Mayo should only be used when requested. It's disgusting and offensive. (Effin Burger Kings automatically puts that crap on everything)
- People that take over 1 minute to check their food order at the delivery window. If it takes you longer than 15 seconds to check your food, move out of the way!
- People that blame fast food for being fat.

I hate that most of these places won't give you ketchup unless you ask for it. ****ers won't even give you a hint that you might want ketchup. McDonalds tries to get you the F outta there before you even have a chance to think about asking for ketchup. Then when you do ask Esmerelda for ketchup, puta only throws 1 packet in your bag and of course the consistency in that ketchup is crap. Mostly vinegar. F'n whore

TD, like you said it will take a lot more to get Hamels than just Heaney, so if that's true how does getting Hamels make us better? If you look at our minor league talent there's not a ton of high ceiling players, maybe Newcombe. So then you look at the major league roster and ask yourself who would the Phillies want and there are literally only four players they would want that are young, talented and cost controlled, Richards, Calhoun, Morin and Cron. I guess maybe they'd want Bedrosian. I certainly wouldn't give up Richards or Calhoun. I would consider giving up Morin or Bedrosian but not with Heaney. If the Angels really want a top of the rotation arm then just sign Scherzer and keep Heaney.
