The oil is going to be processed and it will get to the coast.  The question of spills and corrosion is something that should be negotiated between company and land owner.

My largest issue with Obama on this is he will not even say why he wont sign it.  He has been stalling this for 5 years and doesn't have the balls to give any reasons.  He's a pussy.

That is silly. Now if you told me he created 2.9 million full time jobs I'd be pretty excited. What he's created is a need for another job since employers won't give more than 30 hours a week now. So we have a bunch of people working two part time jobs.

Lol except not really. Kubitza has an OBP almost .050 points better than Wood and averages twice the amount of walks Wood ever had in the minors. Kinda of sick of people always comparing prospects to Wood. I swear to god every single prospect gets the Brandon Wood comparison. Wood had horrible discipline, Kubitza is known for his plate discipline.

Hey guys, until I started reading this thread I had no idea what kind of victim Josh Hamilton is.  This is a tragedy - thanks for opening my eyes.

I'd like to find those people who first shoved that cocaine up his nose without his consent (I now understand from that moment forth, Josh is not responsible for anything).

Whoever those people are that did that should be in jail, for a long time.  They had no right forcibly putting that blow up his nose without his consent.  Bastards.

The thing is, they are just going to continue escalating shit until they get the war they want. Nothing is going to please them or turn them peaceful. They will only continue to get more ruthless, aggressive, and inhumane until the world takes action.
So should we do it now, or wait until they have bigger numbers, more weapons, more territory, and more sophistication?

Josh will be fine ... he has already taken the necessary steps as a addict to recovery. He'll be a addict for the rest of his life. To believe he would never have a relapse during his tenure as a Angel was being overly optimistic. There is no reason to feel sorry for him or his family.
This isn't the end of the world for Josh and his family. His faith and family will keep him on the straight and narrow. The important thing is to keep his relapse to a minimal and get help immediately which he seems to have done.

Its not possible for me to care less about this schnorrer.  I do care, however, about the Angels baseball team.

Pretty much all you do is berate the main forum and its regulars for how they post, so why should they care about how you feel about being associated with them?

It's not his first rodeo. It's not the first time he's done this to his family and teammates. To think that he bitched about having to put poison in his body to play in the postseason.
Josh Hamilton needs to quit baseball and straighten out his personal life. The pressures of the game are too much for him to deal with.

    The facts are this.
Hamilton will be suspended for what is almost certainly a FOURTH failed drug test. Nobody has to, or should feel sorry for him. He doesn't have cancer, he's not suffering from ALS, he wasn't born with failing organs. Dude is a drug addict, and it was his chose to do away with the things and people that helped him not take drugs.
The other facts are the angels gave this guy 125 million, trusting that he would not only live up to it, but also actually be on the field and not in rehab somewhere.
He has failed to adhere to any of the commitments he made to this team, his boss, the fans, and even his own children.

At some point, you need to repave that bumpy road. Maybe this guy just cannot handle the limelight and the celebrity. I know he will never admit that and walk away from all of that money, but that is probably what should happen if he actually wants to stay sober.

Think about being on the road for these guys. Partying, women throwing themselves at you, endless funds and then add on to that being an addict. Definitely a very difficult path for someone that has zero self control.

This is a great idea. I wonder why they haven't done this. It would be a much better use of money than a stupid train nobody will take.

The middle east has been a shit-hole for thousands of years, so I can hardly blame Bush or Obama for what is going on over there.  They do it mostly to themselves.

I'd like to see an international coalition, comprised substantially of the Arab nations, march in there and kill each and every person who swears allegiance to ISIS. Burn them to death, behead them, I don't really care. Then burn their black flags. If the Arab nations need help from America, I'd be ok with it, but I wouldn't want us being the substantial majority of troops.
