Ive said it before in other threads and ill say it again, Calhoun needs to be batting 3rd.  Trout should not be moved from the 2nd spot, and Pujols needs to hit cleanup.

Two OBP guys in front of Trout.  A power hitter and a player who is statistically better with runners on base behind Trout.  And a slow power hitting cleanup guy.  This lineup also has a decent R/L balance.

Order does matter... Perhaps you meant "reasonable orders don't matter very much"

I could make a ridiculous line up that would most certainly be worse at scoring runs than any of the line ups suggested in this thread.

Because Scioscia won't bat his catcher in the top of the line up so it's nice to have his OBP as close to Trout as can be.
