Weavers fine. He did what was expected of him last night. Ate 6 innings and kept the team in the game against a very good offense. There were a lot of hard hit balls but he also made the big pitch when he needed to get a double play ball or a lazy fly out. Against a lesser opponent last night he probably goes 7 innings giving up 2 or less.

You still havent answered how exactly trading Trout would rebuild the farm or make this team any better. What team who is in contention has enough prospects to trade for Trout? And even if there was a team, what happens if those prospects dont pan out?
Its not that people dont want to trade Trout, its that you cant trade Trout. It would be impossible to get equal value, and all it would do is piss off the fans and paying customers.

What exactly would we get for Trout?  Think the Astros would part with Correa + Keuchel for Trout?  Unless theres proven talent coming back in return, why would you even consider trading him?  Angel fans dont want to trade him because its easier to build around him, than to rely on a group of prospects to pan out several years later.  

So ive posted several times in the past about Calhoun's numbers with runners on base and the bases empty.  Wanna know his splits for this season?

Gotta love this start time for today.  Get to watch the Angels before tuning into Kobe/Warriors at night, plus the NHL playoffs.  Good job MLB, you didnt screw this up today.  
 
Funny though cause the Dodgers have a 7:15 game tonight at Dodger Stadium.  Have fun with all that traffic doggies.

We have him for 5 years. Even discussing it at this point is stupid.
