What does that mean?  Gonna be babysitters and snitches for the front office?  Their expertise will be valuable but it’s not a good look for the existing coaching staff that it’s felt they’re needed. 

Trout should have conversations with someone about how to hit the high fastball.

Uh I think it could be a sign.  Making such an idiotic unquestioning statement speaks to a certain mentality.  But the fact is neither you nor I factually know  Blake Snells grit rating, even though you as the new Lifetime will continue to argue otherwise.

Minausean got rolled by the pressure of it being Ohtanis free agent year, bottom line.  Other GMs took full advantage.  He is a sucker and we got fleeced.

I don’t extend him any credit for that at all.  Anyone can plop all their money on the table on one hand of blackjack.  The more difficult path would have been to evaluate carefully and show restraint with the future of the club in mind. All he did was sell off a bunch of young guys for washed up average talent that performed way worse than that once here.  I don’t find anything admirable or brave about that.  The entire front office and coaching staff should be cleaned out following this season.  

So I guess all the naysayers that Nevin kept talking about in interviews were……RIGHT, eh Phil?

Not when he doesn’t play a position he won’t.  DHs don’t make 400 million.  300 is a loooong stretch.  So yes, a 300 million dollar loss on this is very realistic IMO.
