I think people like to read and respond quickly. Clicking out to another website disrupts our natural instinct to explain to other people why they are wrong about everything.
Also, until someone else joins, you're just talking to a computer.

The problem is many of the topic titles and subject matter are the same, so it's overly redundant, Scott. I find myself deleting them more times than not because of this. There is no disrespect to Alden who is a good friend and guy. His work is amazing, as is Fletcher's.

I used to have the LA Times feed through as well... Thank you all for your feedback. Much appreciated. I think I can get rid of Alden's feed from MLB since both Fletcher and Alden reports on almost the same news items. Plus Fletch is a member here and actively posts.

In case people weren't aware, big tobacco owns all the e cig and vaping companies. this whole video was big tobacco arguing against the banning and taxing of these things for 2 reasons:
1. They own these products and want to see them grow.
2. It potentially leads to people getting hooked on cigarettes.

The 2-4 different threads with the same articles gets annoying to me, really grinds my gears having to scroll just a weee bit further down the page to get to the threads people are actually talking in... First world sh*t

Unfortunately for him hes stuck here for 6 more years.  With the same idiotic manager and for the most part the same idiots around him for the duration of that time period.

At this point hes worth a shot to see if he can surprise us much like A-Rod is doing in New York.  The problem is A-Rod still has great pitch recognition and knows how to hit, Hamilton has always been a dear in headlights.  But I cant say Cron is any better.  

Yeah, I don't see the enjoyment or humor in this at all. 

The offense looks awful.  I believe they have more strike outs then hits.  They can't put a rally together at all.  It is basically home runs or nothing.  The team speed is horrible.  This is so far from a Sosh team I wonder if he is even interested.
 
I know it is early but these were things I was concerned about going into Spring Training. 

Watch Hamilton get cut and then lead the Mariners to the AL West crown.
