Has anyone considered the fact that Torres source was offering an opinion and they are just wrong?  Or that the other source offering info to other people are just wrong.  
They're getting this info from other people.  Not from Arte or Minasian.  People embellish.  Writers embellish based on what their sources say.  They give opinions.  Many imply that they are stating facts when they are merely opinions.

She seemed to get a little defensive in some of the replies on that tweet. Kind of like she' saying I'm right and you dummy Tweeters don't know what you're talking about.

To be honest, i think it is too early to make any judgements, as he is not yet done from what we know. Even then, we need to see the finished product results on the field. That said, because of payroll inflexibility, i see similarities to Eppler and Stoneman. Perry & Eppler were hampered by payroll restrictions and appear to be following similar paths. Stoneman was expected to clean house for a full rebuild when he was hired. But after getting a closer look at what he had, he liked the nucleus and went from there to fill holes. I think Perry has a similar view on the nucleus of the 40 man roster and farm. We shall see what happens. 

IMO nothing yet.  The job is obviously incomplete.  but, to be fair hes made some smart/good/fiscally responsible moves to date, but if he fails to address the elephant in the room it will be hard to call it a success.

I think this organization has reached the point where players who have winning as their top priority are probably hesitant to sign with the Angels. Money talks though 

I could just see Arte looking at these reports that they can’t afford Bauer and taking it personally. With his ego, he could just go fuck it and get him just to shove it.

Why do we want someone that doesnt want to be here?  and looking to overpay to do it?  Thats disaster waiting to happen.
