Can't help but feel like there's a bunch of hope now a days with this team when I read stuff like this... there's a legit and sincere plan to everything we do and everything we are unlike previous years when the Snake Oil Salesman was in charge.  The egos that sabotaged our organization seem to be gone.  There's more order and strength from top to bottom... our GM is more than just talk, dude gets stuff done like a ninja.
