I grow pretty tough facial hair, but I can only shave after I let it grow out a few days, so like twice a week. My skin, especially my neck, gets all effed up if I shave when the stubble is too short. I have been using a safety razor and soap/brush for a couple years and it has literally saved me hundreds of dollars. An $8 pad of soap from the local hipster store lasts over a year, and a $5 10-pack of blades from CVS lasts for months.

Went to Newport Beach yesterday to soak up some sun, then in the evening went to an outdoor concert at Pearson Park in Anaheim. Outstanding weather

We had a thread a couple years back about the overuse of words like 'awesome' and 'amazing'. The grand piano-sized spacecraft is travelling 30,000 miles an hour, and scientists placed it within 8,000 miles of Pluto after sending it on a 3 billion mile journey. On the way, it also collected a bunch of data from asteroids and Jupiter and its moons. Now the spacecraft is sending back high resolution images of an object 3/4 the size of our own moon. This is both awesome and amazing.

Hellz yeah. A shredded beef taco/chile relleno lunch at Mexi-Casa, plus beer. A Northwoods Inn steak/scallop dinner (rice pilaf and loaded baked potato sides) with piles and piles of that cheesy toast, green/red salad, and schooners of beer. For dessert, a funeral because I'm dead.

Try their BBQ Shepherds Pie, or whatever they call it. Burnt ends + bbq sauce, with crusted mac and cheese on top.
