    We have by far, the worst DH depth chart in baseball. It's a position for a hitter for which we have none. Maybe we should see if our pitchers can bat??

    No state taxes? Cheaper? Less crowded? Family? Feels familiar? It's a different culture in Texas than Southern California, and not everyone has the same needs/wants in a place to call home.

    I know people say it's not a distraction but deep down I think this is more in the minds of everyone than they admit. If he retired today I think we would see the team start playing better. Just my opinion of course but this definitely doesn't help.

    Whenever I hear his name mentioned anymore I think back to May 8, 2012 and feel like we were severely baited and switched! Ok, back on topic, I feel for the guy but he shouldn't be in pro baseball any longer so he can focus on dealing with his addiction.

    I've used some advanced algorithms ( ) to calculate his future numbers if he performs as he did the last 3 years. Yes I know he won't sustain this performance til these ages but it's still fun. If he only plays til 35: Ave: .312 HR: 496 RBI: 1552 Hits: 2911 Runs: 1887 OPS: .963 If he play til 40: Ave: .312 HR: 651 RBI: 2037 Hits: 3821 Runs: 2477 OPS: .963
