Damn. Wanted to see them duke it out on the mound. Even thought Tanaka would chew through this poor lineup. Now, maybe not with Ohtani in it. And if Barraia gets the start, we've got a pretty damn good shot at pulling out Sunday. Not to mention Ohtani in the lineup for the whole series. Good move, possibly. Of course there's always the chance that the Yankees light up Barrraia's rookie ass lol

This reminds me of the time Salmon went like 0-50 the last year of his career lol But in all seriousness, if we put him on waivers, somebody WILL grab him. He has too much upside. And hey, he's not terrible for a 4th OF. He plays solid defense. It's just a shame that we don't have anyone decent to replace him in the starting role. ...Unless we start Ohtani in RF What? Good point by Sosh though. Interesting to thing about either way.
