The Constitution has been being changed by congress and presidents via executive orders for a long time now.  I never doubt the fact that the leaders of this country look at the Constitution as a barrier to get what they want.

Are we talking about the caravan ? I’ve said that I don’t think the caravan should be allowed to prove itself a successful method of immigration.  I don’t think that the US is responsible for taking in anyone who decides to show up.  I do think that immigration should be possible.  I do think that mostly, immigrants from all backgrounds represent a net positive for the US.  But that doesn’t mean open borders.  All immigration should be legal and transparent.  In my prior post about how US policy has contributed the destabilization of Latin America.  Particularly Central America, I was just pointing out.  I think accurately.  That our policies have cascading effects.  Supposedly we have an immigration problem. Well, I think it’s fair to look at those policies when discussing the topic. 
I’ve never said that the US doesn’t contribute anything positive.  Of course we have, lots of good.   This isn’t a black and white question.  Some policies have positive and negative effects in equal part.  And it’s not always a question of policy.  I would argue that often America’s greatest contributions to humanity haven’t had any relation to any policy at all.

Yes, this country has screwed a lot,of things up.  Yes, our government is corrupt, with or without Trump.  Yes, we have shed a lot of blood.  We have also,done good things. Helped millions with foreign aid.  Let's not pretend that there are these benevolent countries out there.

The “safety ministries” that FS79 is talking about appear to refer to comprehensive safety programs that deal with all kinds of things.  Not specifically to active shooter events.  It doesn’t appear to be a new thing either.  Most prominently they seem to deal with medical emergencies. 
At least from what I’ve seen on the few websites that mention them.   

I read it.  The question was specifically about domestic terrorism.  And those people were there to see and be part of a side show.  If Trump had said, "How about a shout out to the guy who's sending all those bombs to people who are attacking me," and the crowd went nuts, that would be one thing.  But that didn't happen.  They're at a Trump rally.  Chanting lock her up at a Trump rally is like singing Take Me Out To The Ballgame in the 7th inning of a baseball game.  People are always going to do it. 
Now, do I think there were probably some douchebags in the crowd that were happy about the bombs?  Without question.

Saw The Nightmare Before Christmas Live at the Hollywood Bowl. It was phenomenal. Danny Elfman, Katherine O'Hara, and the guy who played Oogie Boogie Man (along with others) were there to sing their parts. At the end, as an encore, Elfman was joined by Oingo Boingo and they played Dead Man's Party.
10/10, would pay $100+ to watch it again.
