I don't get this change either. There has been a long rumored Marvel Land coming to California Adventure. Rumor is it's going to be built in the area behind Tower of Terror so I guess it makes sense they change the Tower of Terror ride to compliment that. But I think the Hollywood Tower fits more in with the overall California themeing of the park and I really liked the Twilight Zone theme of the ride. I always thought it was well done.

The preseason tickets are ridiculous. I've been trying to get a couple tickets for one of the games, but those prices are absurd to watch scrubs playing in a meaningless game.

They've both admitted the show is costing too much and is taking too much time. They've said the budget and time required for it has far exceeded TV show territory and is closer to feature film territory. I'm sure HBO would milk this for as long as they can but I respect the creators staying firm and wanting the show to have an actual other to an ending. Not sure how many of you watch Pennt Dreadful (it's a great show on Shoetime) but that show just ended after only three season. The creator of the show said he always intended the series to be a story told over three seasons and to conclude then. I just think it makes for better story telling when they have an actual end they're working towards rather than just prolong it for as long as possible and then toss together an ending when the network is threatening to cancel them. It allows them to end the show how they want.

I think that's where they screwed up on the Bran storyline. They should have used Bran as a vessel to tell the story of Rhaegar and Lyanna. It would have made the unveiling of Jon Snow being their child way bigger than it was. But I think for the casual fans of the show the importance of that whole scene was lost.

The closed door meeting was actually the fan base trying to lock the team in a room so they couldn't get back out.

It's a shame we couldn't get our hands on Terry Francona when he was available. And I don't really care about the fried-chicken-gate or whatever in Boston. It would have been a perfect time to show Scioscia the door and bring Francona in.

I think you guys are selling Littlefinfer short. The guy is never on the losing side of anything and is way too smart not to know what was going to happen. Littlefinfer had to have known Jon would be praised as a hero if he went in and saved him during the Battle of the Bastards. And I don't think Littlefinger is so shallow that he thought Sansa would be his afterwards. Littlefinger has a lot of wit and is very cunning. When I saw him give that look to Sansa, it seemed like everything was going just as he planned.

So I've been thinking. Tyrion wants to go marry off Daenerys to someone in Westeros to make her more powerful and get more allies. But thinking about it, who is actually left for her to marry? It would have to be someone from a powerful house. The only one I can think of would be Jamie. She couldn't really marry Jon Snow since that's her nephew but then again, that doesn't mean squat on this show. Only other Lord I can think of is Robyn Arryn. But I don't think she is interested in breastfeeding a teenage boy. Loras is dead. Wonder what direction they go with that.

By the way, I totally got chills during the whole Arya scene. So amazing and unexpected.

For being a finale that was probably the best one they've had for any of the seasons. Interesting that Jon Snow is now King of the North and technically the rightful King of Westeros. Will be interesting to see where this goes.
