i'm interested. what are the dimensions?
are you still in minnesota?
16" x 20". Shipping from Oregon.
When I shipped it home from AZ, FedEx had a specific box for this kind of thing, so that's what I'd default to.

Not sure if anyone checks this thread, but if you or anyone you know would like this Trumbo print, it's yours for the price of shipping. I won it at the AW fanfest in 2014 so it would be cool to go back to someone in the community. I know Mark's a local kid.
It's been stored indoors, but is a bit dusty. I didn't want to use anything more than a swiffer on it, so you will have to figure out how to clean it.

Also, none of the busts are really busts because they don’t cost anything and they don’t expect anything from them.
All of it is playing with house money.
Except wins.

LIke others have said, that statement just jumps off the page. It has to refer to playing Pujols, right? There is so much we can read into that (and probably will).
Big, if true.
I find it hard to believe he'd be so blatant, but maybe he stayed quiet out of deference to Scioscia. Now that he's unmuzzled it's time for that New York "Big Dick Baseball" (cc: @Dochalo)

But don't let that stop you.

It's difficult to draw conclusions about successful team building without also seeing the same graphic for non-playoff teams.

It's weird that he makes his kids call him "Mr. Girardi"...

any ideas of whether or not the coaching staff will be retained? or is that completely up to the new manager?
Jeff, you have to understand, this is all very new to us.

extremely, and it has pujols name all over it, as i'm sure you're already aware.
The fact that it was a listed qualification on a abbreviated list makes it seem that way. It's also, by itself, a pretty standard platitude - "team first rah rah rah"

That's an interesting comment.

@Chuckster70 this is probably a function of the forum software, but I thought it worth mentioning. When you put someone on ignore it would be great if posts that quoted and replied to the ignored person we're also muted.

to those celebrating this:
there's about a 90% chance the next manager isn't as good.
Managers don't do anything. 90% of 0 is 0.

Mike's not going to Philly.
Yeah, that one.

John has a lot to be proud of. He had a very stable career.

Hit.
And I know he doesn’t do that great either, but it’s better than Jefry Marte would have done if Pujols blew out a hamstring sprinting on a routine groundout.
Isn't this the guy who was quoted a week ago as saying "I'm a Gold Glove first baseman"?
