I was disappointed because I generally look forward to nachos.  I think it was my birthday, too, and that made it worse for some reason.

Let’s just agree they made a tostada by mistake. No one deserves nacho disappointment on their birthday.

When BWW was new I went to one in Idaho Falls and ordered nachos and there was lettuce on the nachos.

Lettuce has no business being on nachos.  Jason is right, white people ruin everything.  Probably Mormons to boot.

Chips, cheese, meat.  Enchilada sauce, beans and garnish optional.  Wait, was the lettuce actually lettuce, or shitty cilantro?

  3. I got new irons - TaylorMade Stealths.  The guy that did the fitting said that my swing wasn't shallow enough so I practiced that the 4+ weeks while I waited for the irons to arrive.  Feels weird trying to relearn.

Played Rio Hondo last Friday.  Was hot, but my revamped swing was helpful.  Unfortunately couldn't hit my driver off the tee and couldn't putt to save my life.  103

  4. California approves lithium tax despite industry's warnings

"Supporting a tax that ensures lithium imports from China are less expensive for auto manufacturers to secure will devastate this promising Californian industry before it has begun," said Rod Colwell, Controlled Thermal's chief executive.

Now, I take the "industry's warnings" with a grain of salt, but if true that the tax makes Chinese lithium cheaper...JFC

I still scratch my head that they want to build more housing, but we're banning the pumping of water.

Most of California’s water isn’t used by people going about their daily lives at home or work. About 80% of water use statewide is for agriculture, with the rest for houses and businesses.

Of that remaining 20%, nearly half goes toward watering lawns and landscapes, washing cars or sidewalks, or filling pools and spas.

Why don't we examine the agriculture that we export and target them first?  Why should foreign entities get the benefit of subsidized water to buy our almonds or alfalfa
