    Alas, wasn't Sofia Vergara nudes

“[It was] definitely targeted,” the man who recorded the video told the outlet.

“They knew exactly what he had in the car. They were coming for that.”

If you’re driving around LA in an expensive car and wearing expensive stuff you better keep your head on a swivel. At least the robbers didn’t follow him home and steal his shit there too.

I figured that once you get used to it, you go the full night without any problems

Are you a long time user who still has issues and only gets some hours in?

I’ve had it for just over a year. You learn to deal with the issues, for example I had the humidifier set too high so I woke up because there was too much water condensation in the hose. Generally I average six plus hours of use per night

Day 3 and while I got 6 hours in the night before, only got 2 last night

waiting for the nose pillow thing to come tomorrow

It definitely takes training your body to get used to it. Best unobstructed sleep is on your back, but I’m a side/stomach sleeper so it was a challenge. The trade of not constantly waking up tired was worth learning not to be a mouth breather. I normally average 6-7 hours, but last night only had it on for four before I woke up at 2:30 and decoded to turn it off

Based on the average weight and age of AW members, I imagine there are more than a few pros here who can help you.

Hey, with all due respect, go fuck yourself!

I have a CPAP.  Has improved my sleep tremendously.  I wake up refreshed and don't wake up tired anymore.  I also don't wake up my wife anymore due to my snoring (well, I should say she can't blame me for waking her up due to my snoring any longer...I suspect she wakes herself up and would blame me).

Getting it approved through insurance was a pain in the ass.  Had to do an at home, which suggested severe sleep apnea but it was denied due to "inconclusive".  So had to do another one (guy who ran the clinic told me what to do) which then got me an appointment with one of those sleep centers where you do an overnight and you're hooked up with a hundred wires like some kind of magic show.

I have one like this with a nose pillow mask

Y’all didn’t help anything by apparently not giving two shits about trying to fix things to maintain the current arrangements, but the desire for increased compensation makes sense. The Pac12 could have been saved if SC didn’t bolt.

What’s done is done for the time being.

I think there will be a net negative incurred from the ultimate loss of mass regional competition. We’ll likely also see a pretty solid reset of financial arrangements as the linear model continues to deteriorate and fragmentation continues.

I’m honestly excited for our new rivalries and what I see as an absolutely tremendous opportunity for Cal in basketball. Madsen is the real freaking deal, it seems.

We’ve already got the NFL for what they’re trying to ultimately achieve with college football, and it’s a better product.

I already hate UNC and Clemson and we’re only a few days into this.

I can't speak to what did or did not go down.  I have had my hands full and stepped away from SC coverage since the Tulane disaster unfolded.  IIRC, in the thread I said I hated the move.

That said, ever since the NIL, college sports has turned into a money grab, and while it may have been honorable to stay and fix the conference, I'm sure there were plenty of donors bitching and moaning that we needed MORE in order to compete.  Absolute power corrupts absolutely.  And I think it's gonna be a shock to many SC fans when they travel to the Big House in the late fall/winter and get punched in the mouth.

during some down time from my conference in phoenix last week, i spent some time at the pool, wearing a big angels beach hat to keep from frying to death. struck up a conversation with a couple of older guys my age in the pool about sports. one of them told me he knew terry smith (our radio guy) from his days at ohio state, and they were still friends. this lead to a fascinating conversation about ohio state football (i was primarily a listener to him and his stories). this guy was on the football staff going back to the days of woody hayes. had some fun stories to tell.

he hit on a lot of topics. of particular disdain to him is the NIL and the transfer portal. he felt like the portal was going to do serious damage.

he also said schools are pretty good at hiding money they pay to the student athletes. he claimed that tOSU QB CJ Stroud made about $2 mil last year. i'm not well versed enough to know what questions to ask or to refute anything he said. it was an interesting afternoon.

this is the guy i talked to: https://ohiostate.rivals.com/news/time-and-change-larry-romanoff

A few of our detectives went to a meeting this week with multiple agencies that are dealing with this. Irvine I guess is getting pillaged right now.

We had a neighborhood watch meeting last week in the area that keeps getting hit. No idea if it's related or not, but people there were saying they've seen an uptick in drones flying around the weeks they've been hit.

They've been hitting Long Beach hard as well.  Apparently they're renting nice(r) cars with paper tags so the cars fit in, and are in and out within ten minutes.  Saw NextDoor video of 3 dudes backing up their car to a garage and hauling a safe out.
