No, that's ridiculous to think that. He just came back from TJ surgery and he's still trying to get a feel for the command of his pitches.
That said, he should be in the lineup tomorrow based on this extremely short outing.

I'd try and lure some of the second in command GM's behind a President of Baseball Ops with a "President of Baseball Ops" title of their own to be the President of Baseball Ops and GM.
Some guys that could fit that: Jed Hoyer, Mike Chernoff, Thad Levine, and David Forst.
My preference would be David Forst because 1) I think he is a really good GM and 2) your gain is the A's loss.

For the longest time, for me, it was Beltre. Knowing how close we came to getting him, how great a fit he would have been all those years, how much better we would have been, and yes how he always seemed to rub our noses in it.

Let this sink in. Expected starters (Heaney, Bundy, Teheran, Barria, Canning, Peters, Sandoval, and Suarez) have pitched 36 2/3 innings so far this spring......with SIX total BBs. That's just 1.5 BBs/9 innings.
