Yeah, I'd go for the tie with a home run rather than hope Simmons gets on base and hope Albert puts the Angels on top.
Regardless, the game was lost in the top of the first with a bases loaded no out opportunity.   One run wasn't enough.

Agreed. I love Angels all-white home. Not too big fan of Red jersey + Red markings.

I like the idea of relievers pitching 2-3 innings.
I blow a fuse when an effective pitcher is taken out for a matchup (e.g. lefty pitcher vs. lefty hitter) and the next guy gets lit up.
Using too many pitchers comes back to bite you every 3-4 days with pitchers unavailable. 

They play this at my college's baseball game and it's a huge hit.  Everybody stands up, claps, and sings it.
