i, also, don't appreciate the "juicing" comment. we've been testing for quite a while now and tons of huge names have been sullied and some destroyed. logic dictates that if pujols was an habitual user, then he too would have been named. to my knowledge, his name has never even been linked. if that's true, then any insinuations are just cheap, ignorant and irresponsible.

i agree with the sentiment of the original post. it's amazing how many players just fall off a cliff once they come over here. in my mind, it has been and continues to be coaching.

it's not stupid to suggest that a fielder's hitting could be improved by his position. baseball players are a finicky bunch and it's all about comfort. if trout is more comfortable in center, then he may bring a better attitude/approach to his at bats. there's way too much history of good hitters struggling after being moved out of familiar digs. we can ignore it, but it may have merit. i'm a big believer in borjous, but maybe the team would actually be better if he could be moved for some quality young pitching. he is a quality young center fielder, so i believe he has good value.

i think a new stadium is in order. i don't really like the big A to be honest. i hate the helmets and i think the rocks are stupid. my biggest complaints are the seats don't point toward homeplate and the concourses are hidden. the seat thing is a major bummer, when you go to a new park you'll realize how much better it is.

ernesto is one of the most team oriented guys in baseball that i've heard, at least in this recent crop. you either accept him or you don't. never doubt, however, his desire to win for the team.

i do not support the picking of undeserving players. there's not a single angel that i'd put in the all star game right now, although trout is working his way into it. also, i would remove the fan ballot from all star selection.

what's to discuss? do you realize that bryce harper wants to be josh hamilton? was hamilton playing hard when he won the mvp? what about when he hit what should have been the world series winning homerun? it's typical sports bs.
