not in this case. angel fans definitely care more about ohtani's future. i guarantee the vast overwhelming majority would take a deal where ohtani signs long term with the angels, but arte keeps the team over an arte sells and ohtani leaves deal.

george bush is actually a pretty good painter. he was trying to capture the angels version of albert pujols, not the earlier hof cardinal player. in that light this is a masterpiece. one can almost make out the face of a ballplayer, but the image is blury, the face lacks symmetry, and the coloration is pale and monotone. the characterization suggests a lack of depth to the subject and the larger size of the canvas makes it difficult for your eye to move on.

i am not happy. carpino's continued incompetency and moreno's meddling? this ruins the whole offseason for me. i've been teetering with this franchise for awhile, but i really thought big changes were coming with a new future. i'm not interested in more of the same incompetency from those two losers. if ohtani stays, then i have to stay, but if he leaves, then i'm likely to follow him. this did a really interesting thing to my psyche. i immediately found myself wishing for ohtani to leave the angels. what a shame.

eagles could totally beat them in the nfccg. they have a very good offense and their defense is on par with the 49ers. that is going to be a real banger of a game. these have been very good playoffs all around and each of the remaining 4 teams have legitimate claims to the super bowl trophy. there are no pretenders in this batch.

my personal favorite is their waiver wire bench pick up for my first or second round pick because i have a good back up already.

if adell is crushing in AAA, then he won't have to worry about finding a spot. he'll get a call up at some point for a variety of reasons and if he continues to show he's ready, then they'll find a way for him to play. the angels FO is just like us, they'd prefer for adell to be good.

EVERYBODY here wants adell to be good. i hope he has a major breakout into an mlb outfielder and leaves us all wondering what voodoo they work at driveline. and if that happens, then as the new owner of the angels, i immediately give the powers that be at driveline a blank check and full access to my minor and major leagues.
