My GF is a psychotherapist who worked with a partner doing couples counseling for years...
A couple months ago her partner keeled over and died of a heart attack right in the office...it's taken quite a while for her to come to grips with the whole thing...so I kinda get what you might be going thru..Takes some time..

I still need to watch season 3 of Ozark
But think I'm going to watch the Lance Armstrong 30 for 30 instead
Armstrong sure comes off as an entitled self absorbed asshole....if there was any doubt of that, it's dispelled now.

We’re going to finish watching Ozark today. Any recommendations for what to watch next? Thinking about The Wire but looking for other options.
Have you watched Bosch?? The dynamic of him and his daughter might appeal to you...and its a damn good show . We are on season 6 now.
Billions is well worth investing some time into as well.

We ventured into "The Morning Show" because the GF wanted to ...and I ended up liking it quite a bit. Lying backstabbing high stress environment and Steve Carell with a serious role.. finished the season in 3 evenings.

This incident happened last year. So why is it in the news today? Did they just get around to charging him?
If so...why did he turn himself in last October? I'm confused.

For #5, I picked people getting sick, but that doesn't include just physically sick. I'm getting a little concerned about the mental well being of our society. The isolation, the government control, the curfew's, etc. might start to take it's toll on some people here in the near future and that concerns me. I worry about guys like @ten ocho recon scout on the streets in times like that.
When I start having thoughts like that, I just hop over to the political board and read the posts. It straightens me out pretty quickly.
My SO is a registered psychotherapist/metal health councilor.. once we got a system for tele-health figured out and set up, she has become super busy with a growing waiting list. Lots of fear and anxiety around this pandemic.

Maybe the stupidest thing I've heard so far. I'm 70 years old and wouldn't want to die to save the economy. Although I have no problem with him being willing to die to save the economy. One less moron to worry about.
this is what happens when you have a compete fucking moron leading the country and a whole bunch of complete morons who will blindly follow along. Th blind leading the blind in real life.

Netflix: After LIfe It was enjoyable. Wasn't too in your face or outrageous. Just a guy struggling and in a relatable way. It's a very mellow series, with some laughs but not too much. It was like a safe good network series. Probably good to watch with the significant other.
yeah...my ratings tend to skew in relation to how much they are OK with the S.O.
We've been watching the first 3 seasons of Fargo and she's started getting annoyed by the violence by season 3. Still..I'm totally looking forward to the new season.. which is coming soon. -
